Aside from coaching, I am also a Distance Reiki Practitioner. Often I weave Reiki into my coaching with permission from the client. Reiki is incredibly beneficial when your life is being negatively influenced by stress, illness, and general malaise. Reiki allows you open up, and let go of resistance. It's balancing, and can bring you back to a feeling of calm and peace, which is a perfect state for healing. I often say Reiki is just like prayer ... we hold a joint intention, and we allow the good in.
